if music is the international "language"--then just WHAT is the national language, for EVERY automated i reach ALWAYS asks me to press 1 for english, 2 for spanish. but, i need swedish, what button do i press for that? why must the automated be so selective and discrimanatory towards the language i need? once i needed french--no option for that either. offer all or one, i say. otherwise, so many other languages are left outa the loop. sure, we stole parts of mexico so i get the whole spanish option, but we also stole from the apaches, the commanches, and lord only knows from who else yet i never hear the option, press 3 for Cherokee...so unfair. and considering most of our automated systems direct us to outsourced countries anyway-to customer service reps who i can NEVER UNDERSTAND and who can never understand me either so jeez, then offer us chinese or thai or whatever the hell language is spoken in India. maybe then we'll have half a chance to communicate. what gets me is: please listen closely... for our menu options have changed. menus? what the heck is that about? i'm not ordering a big mac! WHAT THE HELL EVER. do they-the ghostly they-actually think we remember what the other options used to be soo ooohhh ok i will and better listen closely lest i press the wrong option. our corporate america has gone down the tubes in a big time way. it's bad enough the government thinks we're all idiots- oblvious to their illegal criminal dealings...but now, even corporate deems us idiots as well. i say, screw 'em all. who's really finally also gettin screwed is corporate america...ooops and ahhhh-- too much outsourcing perhaps? you greedy weasels. enjoy your begging for governmental relief, enjoy your pending backruptcies...karma baby, taking so many of our jobs away from loyal needy americans just to save a few measly bucks you cheap ass betraying no conscious bastards. but no matter to the big shots anyway for they will still bask in the slime of their cavier while the common man continues to suffer and really corporate's pain will unfortunatley only be minimal compared to ours and bankruptcy or not, the big shots still have all bases covered so their fancy living will be interrupted only slightly, and they will survive and luxuriously so.
